Four Days of Family Fun!
Bring the whole family for a taste of good old-fashioned Americana. Our traditional salute to Independence Day includes a parade, carnival rides, fireworks and more!
Historic Downtown Parkville kicks off on Wednesday, July 3 when the carnival opens in the parking lot at the south end of Main Street. In addition to the carnival, this fun, family-style celebration includes a community parade, a pancake breakfast, a variety of food vendors, and, of course, our big firework finale on Thursday, July 4. Come early and bring the family for a weekend of good, old-fashioned Americana in Historic Downtown Parkville.

Wednesday, July 3
Carnival: 6:00 – 10:00 p.m.
Wristband Special: $20 unlimited rides

Thursday, July 4
Pancake Breakfast at American Legion: 7:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Parade: 10:00 a.m.
Carnival: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Vendors: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Shuttle Service: 6:00 pm till mid-night
Parkville Symphonic Band Performance, 7:30p.m., Park University Graham Tyler Memorial Chapel
Fireworks: 9:45 p.m.
Friday, July 5 – Saturday, July 6
Carnival: 6:00 – 10:00 p.m.

Parade
The annual Parkville 4th of July Celebration parade on Thursday, July 4 at 10:00 a.m. which begins at 63rd Street and Hwy 9 and ends in Historic Downtown Parkville. Parade line up will begin at 9:00 a.m. at 63rd Street and Bell Road.

Vendors
The Parkville 4th of July Celebration only allows a limited number of not-for-profit (501©3), food, game booths, and commercial vendors. No art or craft vendors will be accepted.
